I liked how soon the respond with their decision
I wasn't asked basic questions but thoughtful ones. I felt I had a genuine personal connection with the people interviewing me. the interviews didn't only focus on what I could offer, but what they could offer me and why they would be a good fit.
Clear description about my role and interaction with direct boss
Getting to understand how I view the orgnization, people, processes and my future with the organization.
The companion on the process
My manager ran it more like a regular conversation. Did not ask me any insurance questions because he can teach insurance but he can't control personalities. The interview was more to make sure i had the right personality to work effectively with the team.
Fairly mediocre. HR is not Marsh's strength, which is odd given that Mercer is a 'People' company.
It was many years ago, but remeber pefectely that all the basics of our culture were already there and came from begining
Direct interaction with leadership, but that may be a product of my current team.
People were Warm, efficient and professional
The training process is fine but once you get onto the floor say goodbye to any feeling of respect from your employers.
