The long timers are the most terrific knowledgeable people that you will ever meet.
New management or retraining would be a good start, possibly invest into lessons or classes to improve how managers interact with employees and communicate properly.

It was very simple, casual, and straightforward. I was offered the position I applied for and was informed of most of the job duties and the hiring process after that point.
