What do you like best about the leadership team?
they work along side us and make us feel valued
They are well prepared for the future.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
From personal experience, needs a focus on respecting all employees equally, also listening to feedback and implementing said feedback.
The leadership is so hostile it's palpable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My name is cashier. I'm told to go 'play' cashier. I rewrote the cheat sheet for the cashier's to use for the outside skus. It was deleted immediately because it was apparently outside of the scope of my responsibilities.

we are friends outside work and all work toward the same goals

work life balance, fair pay, small town, great opportunities
The long timers are the most terrific knowledgeable people that you will ever meet.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New management or retraining would be a good start, possibly invest into lessons or classes to improve how managers interact with employees and communicate properly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
HR and the interview team seemed very interested in me
It was very simple, casual, and straightforward. I was offered the position I applied for and was informed of most of the job duties and the hiring process after that point.

Customers consistently complain of lack of stock, lack of assistance from employees, and price hikes on certain products.
