Terrible company that micromanages everyone via camera, they fail to provide appropriate pay increases and they write you up for everything so they can fire you at any moment. Constant spending freezes and not listening to their employees results in low morale. I would recommend you go elsewhere

Matheson tri gas is a huge company with horrible leadership in the southwestern california . Getting someone to fulfill there job duties is extremly tough. If you need someone to respond to a email,voice mail or answer a phone call, its not in there company policy.
