Hard worker day in and out
They usually hear out the employee. Try their best to resolve problems. As the employee we honestly do get proper amount of chances.
Driven to succeed and cares about employees.
They trust the local management to handle day to day activities without micromanaging.
Family oriented Good people kind benefits
Listening to their employees and giving appropriately raises to the dedicated staff.
Doing there job, and not making someone else do it for them
Operational integrity. Sales driven at this company is lacking any ethical standards. The dollar always wins.
Fire everyone and start over
Everything. They need to stop worrying about external issues when the internal issues are burning the ship down. The executive team cannot keep quality employees and they have no problem working people into the ground. They need to wake up and take care of their people
Pay well fir the industry.
I I like the holidays time off
Pay is fair and compensating
401k match is good for me
Matching 401k retirement investment plan.
More than 2% a year, I took a pay cut because the job was close to home and the workload was minimal. I've made things run better to the point where I now get more free time and I've been punished for that. Management doesn't listen to issues people are having and the reason why.
They don't care what you do as long as it gets done and you leave them alone. If you ask questions they get defensive and demanding. Friendly work atmosphere, where you learn the right thing to do and it is embraced by everyone. Teamwork and communication on a daily basis
Less sales driven and more operationally guided. To much number chasing and not enough attention paid to what is right and comliant.
Better pay as most people work more then just what their job entails, plus getting more working in all aspects of production, never enough to keep up woth output adequetly and in case of emergencies
Yes I feel undervalued. Nothing can make me feel better, but it would benefit all for the company to WANT to help employees get better instead of "oh well no worries".
A great sense of teamwork
hard working people who battle unethical sales teams every day to keep the business running.
Cohesive group who pull together.
We are all hard workers
Everyone has a great attitude and works together well.
Need be team leaders Managers Leader
Have the same goals. Be on the same page. Know what's expected and stay accountable
We have zero meetings. There are zero expectations... No manager on shift for the best year. Horrible horrible horrible... Clock in & out times are changed at will. Paperwork is changed w/o approval. Quality is a joke. Safety trainning is "SIGN THIS" incase your mess up later it is your fault
They are tought by management that telling and acting like 3rd graders will get them some where
Very little teamwork in certaon areas
Calm and direct management style
Everyone knows their resposibility before even entering the job atmosphere daily.
Safety is the first priority followed by quality.
Iv never seen anyone get upset
The people I work with .
Better respect for the employees
Start with the lack of management,
Fire every VP on up.
Fire dumb people now not later
People need to be treated fairly and employees need access to Human Resources which we do not have rules need to apply to all not just one
Interaction and orginization with HR.
easy test . easy to work with
The promise of work life balance
Various leveks of team participated in process
Interviewed by the manager not an HR person.
have a plan to follow when interviewing.
it's hard for the interviewer to conduct a good interview if they don't like the company
Hire people when a position is NEEDED... do not expect current employees to pick up the slack time and time again with no increase in pay
Stop bringing in temperary help. Start interviewing people who will want to make a career
Interacting with employees and customers
Being in charge of myself setting my own pace
Solving problems and being left to independently fix issues before having corporate hands come in
Implementing new or improved processes.
Getting free food and payday
Management doesn't know how to do the job of communicate with customers. Doesn't know the supply they carry or how it works. Sales just makes up there own rules and sweeps the mistakes under the rug
Site Mgr takes credit for other peoples work , little to no positive feedback, he has no invovelment
Less sales team influence in operational decisions. more selling and less complaining from the sales team.
Better senior management better customer relations
Management says one thing but does another
