Have the same goals. Be on the same page. Know what's expected and stay accountable
We have zero meetings. There are zero expectations... No manager on shift for the best year. Horrible horrible horrible... Clock in & out times are changed at will. Paperwork is changed w/o approval. Quality is a joke. Safety trainning is "SIGN THIS" incase your mess up later it is your fault
They are tought by management that telling and acting like 3rd graders will get them some where
Very little teamwork in certaon areas
Stop the useless meetings which are only used to placate executives. Set meetings according to need, not a desire to control.
