Listening to their employees and giving appropriately raises to the dedicated staff.
Doing there job, and not making someone else do it for them
Operational integrity. Sales driven at this company is lacking any ethical standards. The dollar always wins.
Fire everyone and start over
Everything. They need to stop worrying about external issues when the internal issues are burning the ship down. The executive team cannot keep quality employees and they have no problem working people into the ground. They need to wake up and take care of their people
Human Resources never returns call rules only apply to a few people and rules are different at every location they constantly tell you that you are worthless and no good at your job
Listen to the people who actually know how to to the work. Give us the proper resources to complete our work.
