What are some of the best things about your team?Depressed team is really will run. Our sales customer service team used to be top notch however, most of the key performers have quit.
What did you like most about the interview process? My experience is 10 years old and no longer valid.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The previous management fostered company parties, sent flowers when a team member lost a family member, sent us home early when it snowed. Current owners have discarded all of these gestures.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No respect for my role. Compensation is on low end of the scale for what i contribute.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Fostering trust and being accountable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They are profit only driven, do not value anyone who isn't part of the upper management clique.
