Ms. Deborah Homewood serves as Managing Director of Human Services Australia of MAXIMUS, Inc. Ms. Homewood serves as Managing Director of MAXNetwork Pty Limited. She oversees all operations, financial and business development activities for the Company's Australian operations. She served as Chief Executive Officer of Pacnet Australia of Pacnet Services Corporation Ltd. Ms. Homewood served as Chief Executive Officer of New Zealand region at Pacnet Services Corporation Ltd. She served as Head of Sales-South Pacific Region & Strategic Markets and Vice President of Pacnet Services Corporation Ltd. She was with Pacnet for 10 years. Ms. Homewood has 16 years of sales and marketing management experience in the telecommunications and retail sectors. She has a diverse career encompassing multiple sectors including retail, medical industry and varying communications sectors. Ms. Homewood served as Country Manager of Asia Netcom in Australia and New Zealand. Since joining Asia Netcom Corporation Limited in 2002, Ms. Homewood's successes include consolidating and expanding market share with both carrier and enterprise customers to set a new benchmark in sales figures in the first quarter of 2003. Further, her leadership and enthusiasm have helped to create an office culture that is both professional and forward-looking. Prior to joining Asia Netcom, Ms. Homewood served as Sales Director, Global Markets of AT&T - Concert Global Networks. During this time she was responsible for all AT&T accounts in Australia and New Zealand and was awarded the organization's inaugural Asia Pacific Leadership Award. She has also held sales and marketing management roles with Telstra, Motorola and Hutchison Telecommunications. In 2005 she was named NSW Telstra Businesswoman of the Year, Corporate and Government sector. She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Smartgroup Corporation Ltd since May 09, 2016. She is a member of Chief Executive Women and Chaired the Membership Committee from 2010 to 2012 and was Non-Executive Director KU Children's Services 2006 to 2008. Ms. Homewood received a Masters of Management Degree from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
