Before joining MAXIMUS, Mr. Rubin served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Policy Studies, Inc. (PSI). Mr. Rubin served as Executive Vice President of Service Delivery of Policy Studies, Inc. His career in the health and human services industry spans more than 25 years. Before joining PSI, Mr. Rubin was the Founder and President of Lee Consulting Group, which specializes in developing strategies to accelerate the commercialization of products for biopharmaceutical and other healthcare companies. Other his notable positions include Senior Vice President for WebMD, the largest consumer healthcare Web portal in the United States and Senior Vice President of specialty patient services at McKesson, where he led a group of 550 employees who collectively produced $95 million in annual revenue. Mr. Rubin holds B.S. in biochemistry from Albright College and is a graduate of the Columbia University Executive Management Program with a focus on Health Sciences Marketing.
