Kathleen Kerr — President of Human Services and Texas Health at Maximus

Ms. Kathleen Kerr has been President of Human Services and Texas Health of MAXIMUS, Inc since October 14, 2017 and served as its President of Human Services North America until October 14, 2017. Ms. Kerr oversees MAXIMUS's broadest service offerings encompassing public programs that include child support, care and welfare, workforce services, primary and secondary education and the application of supplemental security income benefits for the disabled. The services her segment offers includes everything from consulting and technology engagements to help government programs work more effectively to full operation of government programs. Ms. Kerr is an Attorney. She served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer of Supportkids, Inc. She served as Chief Legal Counsel of New Hampshire's Division of Child Support Services and later as the Director of the Office of Program Support, where she was Director of the state's Title IV-D program. For more than a decade, she has overseen the strategic growth of Human Services North America into new service areas and new geographies, including Canada. She also oversaw the successful implementation of a special education system in the largest school district in the United States. Ms. Kerr is a Member of the Bar in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and the United States District Courts for the Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She holds a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts and a JD from the Western New England University School of Law.
