Mr. Mark S. Andrekovich has been the Chief of Human Capital at Maximus, Inc. since September 2005 and has been its and President, Tax & Employer Services since September 2008. Mr. Andrekovich served as Vice President, Human Resources of Cytec Industries Inc. since September 1999. Since 1996, he served as Group Vice President, Human Resources for the motor and power generation groups of Magnetek Corporation. Prior to joining MAXIMUS, Mr. Andrekovich worked for Banister International and served as its Partner and Practice Leader from May 2003 to September 2005. He has more than 20 years of comprehensive human resources experience with multi-national companies such as General Electric, PDI and Cytec Industries. Mr. Andrekovich holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a M.B.A. from Monmouth University.
