Very unselfish, and willing to jump in when situations become real. They can easy respond with that's not my problem. But in majority of the chaotic situations I've experienced; my co-workers always eased my pain.
Everyone is outwardly friendly, but there is more politics here than Capitol Hill. Also, there a real FOMA and so everyone has to look at everything and be a part of the approval process. Way too many meetings, some weekly that are 2-3 hours long.
