Christopher A. Krummel — Chief Accounting Officer & VP of Finance at McDermott International

Mr. Christopher A. Krummel, also known as Chris, has been Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance of McDermott International Inc. since October 17, 2016. Mr. Krummel served as a Consultant of American Industrial Partners, a firm engaging in private equity investments in industrial businesses in the United States and Canada, from November 2015 to July 2016. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of EnTrans International, LLC from September 2014 to October 2015. Mr. Krummel served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, Vice President of Finance and Controller at Cameron International Corporation from April 1, 2008 to March 26, 2014. He joined Cameron International in October 2007 and was responsible for all accounting functions, including consolidated financial reporting and SEC filings. He served as Assistant Controller of Cameron International Corporation from October 2007 to March 2008. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Enventure Global Technology, L.L.C. from October 2003 to March 2008 and was responsible for financial reporting, treasury and information technology. Prior to joining Enventure, he served as Vice President Capital Planning and Allocation, Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial controller of Petroleum Geo Services ASA from 1995 to 2003. Mr. Krummel evaluated merger and acquisition opportunities and consummated a number of significant transactions for the Petroleum Geo Services ASA. Prior to Petroleum Geo Services, he served as Corporate Operations Manager of Keystone International, Inc., and as Certified Public Accountant of Price Waterhouse LLC. He has been an Independent Director of Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. since January 16, 2014. Mr. Krummel has earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Creighton University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in accounting from The Wharton School.
