Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation is based on individual to individual basis and not on one position
The gap between what the top C suite people award themselves and the protection their contracts give their compensation compared to the lack of any protection that the rest of the company has.
Being on par with peers in the industry.
Promotions and pay rises werent based on merit but based on who you had vouching for you
No bonuses, every year insurance getting worst

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the company on cares for the managers, if you are not a manager you are peasant
Trashy environment. Take shortcuts, lie about milestones etc etc
Everything needs to change. Such a toxic place.
Need to hire more people so will be enough support

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
USD 16m payments to prostitutes, Amazon couldn't perform, litigation costing USD 1 Billion, Losing Aramco projects worth USD 1.8B, the company is floating on sticks
very poor operations and lack on integrity in reporting financials
Total overhaul of the company needed starting at management
we are doomed. no coming back
We don't pay our vendors and we have no projects lined up.
