What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the company on cares for the managers, if you are not a manager you are peasant
Trashy environment. Take shortcuts, lie about milestones etc etc
Everything needs to change. Such a toxic place.
Need to hire more people so will be enough support
Every Manager and above feels they are god
Acknowledgement, appreciation and a focus on employee well-being.
