What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Empathy and communication. Their message and actions are rarely in synch.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Improved leadership. It is more or less absent at this time.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was properly focused on the important elements of the position.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leadership failures have resulted in a roll back of various elements of compensation benefits (unless you are an executive).

What are some of the best things about your team?

My own, direct team is loyal, dedicated, committed...... a real enterprise asset. The broader team in the corporate group is anything but.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership failure. Leaders are focused on how they can profit from the business and not on the future growth of the business.
