As a curriculum specialist, I spend my time working with customers before AND after the sale. What I am most proud of is the commitment to continuous improvement. We are truly a family! The most supportive and caring people I've ever worked with. Everyone believes that we WIN together!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen!!! They REALLY listen! They are committed to providing the best educational experience for teachers and students! When issues arise, they don't make excuses or give insincere responses - they actively try to make things better! The support through Covid has been amazing for employees!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Of course, I'd like to make more money (like everyone else) but I feel that it's fair and people are not penalized unfairly when circumstances arise that are out of their control. The 401k match will make my retirement much more comfortable and our Chill Days have been much appreciated!
What makes you most happy at work?
The belief that what I do each day really DOES make a difference in the lives of the students we serve! Nothing is more satisfying than training a group of teachers who say, "you were one of us" and "can't wait to use this with my students". That's JOB SATISFACTION!!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My boss is amazing and the company commitment to mental health during the pandemic has been something to be in awe of. As an acknowledgement of the hectic pace we were all keeping, we've had a few "chill days" that just remind us all to take care of ourselves. Taking care of family/self is expected!
