People are great. I love my manager and the CEO but the pay is terrible when you comapre it to the expected work load and the rest of upper management leaves a lot to be desired.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If bonuses were fair and base salaries were better. Merit increases are nil for reps.
