There is transparency from the leadership team. They have meetings to share ideas and numbers.

The people I work with and I am passionate about the programs I am currently working on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promised a promotion twice and both times there were circumstances that delayed it. Chicago is not paid the same as New York even though the cost of living is comparable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a group of smart individuals. Many are former educators. We are all experts in the subject that are working on. Many of us all have worn other hats outside of the educational field.
