i worked hard for them and did what ever i could to help and rarely missed, and after all those years with them they just cast me off like and unwanted step child

they fired me without any good reason just before i retired

everything, the main leader died 2 years ago and the remaining 2 leaders don't care

there is no way to improve it, they are just money hungry leaders and owners

that the lower employees are doing all the work and the leaders are taking the credit for it
