Pay your staff better especially of your going to exploit them the way that all locations seem to do.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everything? Poor pay, major sexism, limited opportunities for women, long hours with no breaks, managerial demand is through the roof.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The only thing positive about my job was getting to work with the horses and the knights they always made the experience fun.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything? First of all treat your staff better. Allow breaks to your stable staff even if it’s not “ordered by law”. Try to update your equipment and keep the place operational on a level that doesn’t make your workers lives harder. Give women the same opportunities
