What makes you most happy at work?
I do my job well and how it takes everyone to make our show great. Together with the cast, it works perfectly! I love watching it all come togethet.
Being able to teach and mold young minds
Interacting with the other team members and being able to do what I love.
Working with horses and getting good experience.
Working at a company that makes the customers happy everyday is a good feeling.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Transparency, compensation, and respect. No retaliation for legitimate grievances.
Everything? Poor pay, major sexism, limited opportunities for women, long hours with no breaks, managerial demand is through the roof.
