What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The supervisor is always accomodating to the lives of the people on our team. She is very helpful and understanding.

The coworkers. Most people you work with are great.

The only thing positive about my job was getting to work with the horses and the knights they always made the experience fun.

There is a camaraderie and fun energy. Most people who work there are "nerds," and are passionate bout similar things. It's a unique and fun atmosphere.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Get new a new management or retrain everyone
