Medieval Times Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very visible to all team members regardless of job. They are all personable and look out for their employees.

The team is creative and passionate about the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being fair and reasonable with their employees, accepting accountability.

Setting the example, the majority of managers demand non stop labor for menial pay and no breaks or clocking out for a break, while scheduling shifts just under 7 hours to avoid paying a legal break. While they themselves pad their schedules making it look like theyre working 50-60 hours a week.

Everything? First of all treat your staff better. Allow breaks to your stable staff even if it’s not “ordered by law”. Try to update your equipment and keep the place operational on a level that doesn’t make your workers lives harder. Give women the same opportunities

Treating their workers like human beings and ensuring proper care of their animals as well as stricter regulation of inhumane treatment of their animals.
