Setting the example, the majority of managers demand non stop labor for menial pay and no breaks or clocking out for a break, while scheduling shifts just under 7 hours to avoid paying a legal break. While they themselves pad their schedules making it look like theyre working 50-60 hours a week.
Everything? First of all treat your staff better. Allow breaks to your stable staff even if it’s not “ordered by law”. Try to update your equipment and keep the place operational on a level that doesn’t make your workers lives harder. Give women the same opportunities
Treating their workers like human beings and ensuring proper care of their animals as well as stricter regulation of inhumane treatment of their animals.
The general manager needs to be replaced the current one lectures you and degrades you for missing even a day of work for a good reason. He will do anything to put people down and makes sense why no one wants to work in this company.
Pay your staff better especially of your going to exploit them the way that all locations seem to do.
