They're fun! Everyone is pretty understanding.

Medical benefits, they have a good insurance and stuff

The employees, the customers can be crap but its customer service so that's not the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Customers are very thankful, and once you get to know your coworkers it's a fun environment
What did you like most about the interview process?
They had the answer to almost every single one of my questions, and they didn't really butter coat stuff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're upfront and fair, but the company gives everyone a bit too much work and it's sometimes difficult to feel very close to your leadership.
