Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Started with a company a decade ago doing the same job and was $3.00 more an hour than I started at Medline a year ago.

Managers are not motivated to improve people under them. The profit/loss model they push does not benefit anyone below management

Management never answers email or return calls. Decision need to be approved so no growth through experience can be achieved.
