Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get to watch nightly as people do as they please, with no regard to rules. It makes my job harder and I feel I should be Paid more than those others.

Very open door about policies, whether they actually listen to you is another story.

Family environment. The owners eat in our cafeteria, make time to visit all divisions and genuinely care about the future of the company and their employees.
