I get to watch nightly as people do as they please, with no regard to rules. It makes my job harder and I feel I should be Paid more than those others.

Need to retrain diversify all around management and leadership, C05 is dominated by hispanics in staff and managemnt, theyre very discrimatory and only look out for eaxh other
