What makes you most happy at work?

Some co workers not all. Could use a new HR department

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better hours for the other enployees.An absolute understanding of the manufacturing process and how HR support is needed.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Several members of the team are great to work with. They make coming to work bearable otherwise i rather be anywhere else

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I just want the support from my leadership to so my job or at least the salary to pay foe the help that i need

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My peers do a great job of attemping to work with the system however the system process is under developed and not well thought out which causes confusion as to how things should be handled
