It is too late. Medline is operating at the beck and call of Blackstone now.
My immediate management team is very good at what they do. They listen to the reps needs and try to help. But what they are able to do is limited by the C suite's directives.
We are expected to do more as we receive less and less pay. Realistic goals and compensation like it was 20 years avo would help. Everytime the compensation is changed the reps make less. But they add more responsibilities.
