Awful. I have not been treated like this since I was a child.

Good benefits / healthcare. Pretty good pay.

Employees being treated as children.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat your employees like adults. If I get all of my work done I shouldn't have to beg to leave 15 minutes early to go to the Dr. Look around at 4:58pm. You'll see a SEA OF PEOPLE all standing at their computer waiting to log out. Because they know if they do it a moment early theyll be in trouble
