Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As leadership usually can not be found employees often have to perform their job functions this leads to a feeling that compensation should be based on job duties/job performance.
Capped pay. Extremely disrespectful manager. No support from management.
I am seen as a work horse, handed down more and more responsibility without actual compensation or positive acknowledgment
For manager and physicians to have respect towards the staff
Low pay. Increased demands with no compensation. A manager that literally will scream at you over the phone. HR refuses to help emplyees deal with bully managment.
Not appreciating the customer service and AMAZING care provided to our patients. Also the willingness to work during the worst pandemic we have ever had but still get treated DISRESPECTFULLY.
We were specifically told by the vice president that we will never make more than $17 an hour no matter how long we've worked for the company. "Why would we pay you more when you're doing the same job that you did 3,5,years ago."
Paying fair market value for the skill set. Actually promoting someone when they say they will instead of making excuses.
I give more then I receive. I would be much happier doing my job if I was compensated more.
