Power hungry upper management needs to be removed from their positions. Abusive managers who have complaints against them for the past 2 years to hr, need to be fired. Good employees need to be rewarded instead of having benefits, hours, and pay lowered
Senior leadership needs to change, replace the leaders who lack the people and empathy skills.
when your authority as a manager is usurped by incompetent executives with an MBA not in the technical field they are leading. Stop making stupid hires and listen to your experts.
