Used to love this job until new management moved in. Been working here for 6 years. They demoted everyone except hearing screeners. We now have no room to move up in the company since they took away site coordinators. They capped our pay at $17. Abusive, unsupportive mangmant.

Stop being greedy, stop outsourcing, pay a fair wage, get rid of abusive managment.

Team tries to be helpful and fill in if you need help. We bring each other treats to get through the hard days
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Bring back site coordinators. Fire abusive managmant. Support your employees by better pay, give them back up when sick, treat them with respect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Low pay. Increased demands with no compensation. A manager that literally will scream at you over the phone. HR refuses to help emplyees deal with bully managment.
