Bring back site coordinators. Fire abusive managmant. Support your employees by better pay, give them back up when sick, treat them with respect.
As leadership usually can not be found employees often have to perform their job functions this leads to a feeling that compensation should be based on job duties/job performance.
Capped pay. Extremely disrespectful manager. No support from management.

Manager needs vocal skills and how to care for her employees
Senior Leadership needs to change to allow the team to strive. Its a toxic, controlling atmosphere which has created a culture of fear and negatively.
Fire ALL Director Level employees and replace them with competent people. All Executives need to resign immediately and replace them with the cleaning crew, because they could do a better job. Then burn the building to the ground, just to get rid of all the bad energy.

They don’t care about experience and they sugar coat how the place
shorten the timespan. Make sure the person you are calling in for an interview is the same on you wanted to call in.
Manager, Train new hires properly instead of having your hearing screeners do your job.

Stop being greedy, stop outsourcing, pay a fair wage, get rid of abusive managment.
Power hungry upper management needs to be removed from their positions. Abusive managers who have complaints against them for the past 2 years to hr, need to be fired. Good employees need to be rewarded instead of having benefits, hours, and pay lowered
