The on boarding process could use some improvement, the management team has been very nice to work considering the workload is very demanding for them.

I can discuss any problem and leadership is responsive. When the leaders are responsive you know they listen.

Respect and team effort towards the goal's attainment. Especially so in working inder pressure, everyone is working the best they can to make the client satisfied and complete as much as possible.

I feel i am not paid in accordance with the industry standard. However, the work load is more often spent out more than 8 hours everyday. Especially the past projects i handled, they were almost round the clock. No doubt i am capable of running it but i feel i should get better compensation.

I would appreciate more upper management support when dealing with clients. I also believe that after a very successful year of employment, I deserve a salary review.

Per diem rates need to be reevaluated as they are below what the cost of food is currently.
