What do you like best about the leadership team?
Respect and team effort towards the goal's attainment. Especially so in working inder pressure, everyone is working the best they can to make the client satisfied and complete as much as possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The promptness as to how they help in answering my querries. The resourcefulness and the logistic support they extend to get the job done noatter what. My PM and asst PM are the very excellent at present project we are hamdling.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The respect of each individual in the team or the company itself. Im very proud with the corporate team we are under with except Ryan Garcia. However, in general, the company i am with is the best company i work with so far.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel i am not paid in accordance with the industry standard. However, the work load is more often spent out more than 8 hours everyday. Especially the past projects i handled, they were almost round the clock. No doubt i am capable of running it but i feel i should get better compensation.
What makes you most happy at work?
The goal of each day to attain. Actually, beofre the day begins, at bedtime, i am already thingking and or planning what would be the best approach to a certain situation i am going to deal with the next day's acitivities. To me, you almost cant live without thingking of your job next day or 2.
