Initially it was very good but gradually i realized that professionalism and work ethic are lacking in employees, as the nature of work is very basic. There should be more opportunities to move within the company and it should adopt modern practices such as Work from home.

Transparency, ability to communicate organization's strategy effectively, thoughtfullness about employee welfare
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility with work style; my own function which supports the revenue generating teams; e-learning resources etc.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More structured with objective evaluation and a step by step multi-stage process to assess an individual holistically, specially for niche roles
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility with shift timings, lot of employee engagement initiatives and platforms/opportunities for employees to develop themselves through participation in beyond BAU activities
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think as per my experience and knowledge I should be at a higher grade and due to lack of opportunities and merit based recognition, i have not grown as much as i think i have the ability to grow.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The quality of employees is not very good at Mercer's shared service center. They should undertake more development trainings to develop their personal and soft skills to able to interact and communicate effectively. Also the level of work ethic and professionalism is not upto the mark.
