What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Knowing that we will be laid off in February or match of 2018 yes having to perform at a high level is just draining.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It used to be the flexibility to work from home 2 days of your choice. That has become 1 day now and it is a set day of the week.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is here to make sure that the share holders get more and more returns every year, even if that means cutting us jobs and shipping them to Costa Rica, Prague, Asia, or India.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For everything we do at Merck, if we were paid individually for each role we have to assume we should be making upward to 80 to 90k each year. But we do not. If we make 60k in a year its because of the overtime put in.
