Strong but culture is one of self promotion (due to size and culture) which creates over hype of unimportant things at times.
Assume people are good and political beliefs have no bearing on job performance. Ie...hire the best candidates for the overall good of the company and not a diversity quota. It’s wrong to chose candidate based on their race or gender. The best candidate should get the job
