For the past 20 years I have loved working for Merck. Merck has provided me wonderful experiences and opportunities. My boss is amazing but our team is not set up for success because of a circumstances out of her control. The environment that I currently work in is toxic.

Helping patients live longer with cancer.

Better alliance agreements including a functioning alliance PRT.

My director is fair, realistic, and is a great coach. She is almost always accessible and has class and integrity. She is a great strategist and a highly gifted communicator. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion.
