MERCY HEALTH Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Paid time off for ones, family, holidays.

The PTO is fantastic and our 403 is matched.

Fair salary good benefits great boss

My salary and my benefits

Review from Operations Dept

Everything i wanted is in my package. it is perfect for my family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increase hourly and yearly salary

They're very awful, rude and totally inconsiderate

Leadership does not value employees, very demeaning culture

Raises were horrible. After a crazy year of Covid and the organization making all the money it did in 2020, and the over $230,000.00 a year top executives are making, it would be nice to not be the lowest paying hospital in the area.

Offer better pay that is more competitive than other providers in the area and offer benefits or at least health insurance to their employees. Give bonuses or raises that make their employees feel like the hard work they put in is noticed and appreciated.

we were paid below where we could make a decent living we used to be paid closer to a decent living

Higher hourly wage is always welcome

Review from Operations Dept

The pay for the services we provide are way underpaid compared to other organizations in the area.
