doing a good job which is sometimes very difficult do no have enough time in the day
i love interacting with my residents. they’re the best part of the job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat employees better and like more than just a time card especially the employees who work two times as hard as everyone else for the same pay and same treatment as those who are not doing their job or slack off
More nurses or more assistants atleast
