The pay for the services we provide are way underpaid compared to other organizations in the area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is not much communication between leadership and the people that make Mercyhealth run. Bring back the Christmas party, kids party, and incentives for employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along great and have the freedom to do work as we need to but to also be able to talk freely without needing to tell our manager where we are at every single second unlike teh PATIENT ACCOUNTS area.
