Raises were horrible. After a crazy year of Covid and the organization making all the money it did in 2020, and the over $230,000.00 a year top executives are making, it would be nice to not be the lowest paying hospital in the area.
Offer better pay that is more competitive than other providers in the area and offer benefits or at least health insurance to their employees. Give bonuses or raises that make their employees feel like the hard work they put in is noticed and appreciated.
