What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation package is competitive and fair. It's regularly evaluated for improvements. One one thing specifically stands out as the best thing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are miserable. They are all at the bare minimum.

Our team members care about each other and hold each other to a high standard.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Too long ago for my interview to be valid. Current process is stuck in the past and very cumbersome for newcomers.
