What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency & they communicate so well! I also know that I am supported on a personal level and not just as an "employee" they genuinely seem to care about me. My managers are just the best.
Fantastic place to work with an amazing work life balance!!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Few meetings, everyone is reliable, very little ego at play
They are super friendly and helpful
the diverse culture at metadata is unlike anything other company I have been a part of before
We are able to talk to each other and give each other constructive criticism. Everyone wants to get better and make the company better. we really work as a team

Super supportive leadership and HR
Feeling that we are an underdog beating bigger companies
Everyone trying to support you in any way they can
the diversity and open-mindedness of the employees make this a very comfortable setting for employees

What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt real. There were not dumb 'behavior' questions and I got a good sense of leadership personalities.
Not drawn out, intense batch of interviews with quick decision

The people I get to work with and knowing we are building such a cool game changing product. It's easy and fun to sell
