Ownership and geographical exclusivity plus choice of target market
I haven’t received a raise in 2 years, yet I am adaptable and committed to the success of the project. An increase of 2-3 dollars or more
What are some of the best things about your team?
All college grads who understand digital economy and can effectively communicate and transition their clients workforce into this way of operating
My supervisor do help if you need time off, you do have a little freedom at work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work hard but enjoy the community of my peers who all are my age
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to get a person evaluated every so often, and base their compensation on their experience on the job.
Everything they need to learn they talking to adults not children

Making decisions that reward effort and performance above socializing with the work firce

It can be improve by paying people for what we are worth, not everyone performs at the same level of pay. Some people deserves better
