Working with a great team and schedule flexibility
Everyday is a new challenge and moving around the company to learn new things is encouraged.
Teams outside of the team I'm currently on, don't seem to be as well organized or focused on the same company goals.

No trust in the employees and micromanagement. They would make all employees clock in and out on a time clock even if you were full time.
