Leadership team is always open to honest feedback and straight delivering of challenges found. I have seen nothing but support from them for the past 2.5 years since I joined MetTel.

Stop micromanaging your managers - and recognize the operational issues is a person in the c-suite.

Everyone is reliable and a support resource. No one on the team operates in a silo.

In my opinion the most positive thing about the MetTel culture is their ability to be flexible. We will do anything we can to make sure the customer is happy and successful.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
start at the top and slash and burn anyone who has been there longer than 5 years.
They need to bring in new leadership that is not family or a family friend

Working with a great team and schedule flexibility
Everyday is a new challenge and moving around the company to learn new things is encouraged.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Teams outside of the team I'm currently on, don't seem to be as well organized or focused on the same company goals.

No trust in the employees and micromanagement. They would make all employees clock in and out on a time clock even if you were full time.
